As with the other mini sheet cakes by Trader Joe’s, the cake itself is perfect! SO moist – it’s unbelievable that Trader Joe’s can make such a perfect grocery store cake better than even most bakeries in that respect. However, also as with their other sheet cakes, to me the frosting on this is just too over the top. Extremely thick and sweet. And in this case – too cream cheese-y. If you really love cream cheese frosting though and you want a very high frosting-to-cake ratio, then you’ll likely be a big fan. Either way though, the cake part is fantastic!

Had a sample. More like 3.5. Probably one of most moist of the all the mini sheet cakes. I assume the frosting is thick like the other mini sheet cakes as Stewart W. mentioned because the piece that I had didn’t have thick frosting. The cake part is sweet, but not terribly sweet, like 7.5/10 in terms of sweetness.
