These are so good! I used to eat ravioli a lot as a kid, but since giving up dairy, I haven’t had it in at least 15 years. I really enjoy Kite Hill’s tortellini, but other vegan brands can be hit or miss, so I wasn’t sure how these would be. Happy to report that I love them! Excellent spinach etc filling, great texture, and just all-around delicious. Definitely doesn’t taste like a sad plant-based replacement like some products do. I hope TJ’s keeps this around. It’s 750 calories for the container which they claim is 3 servings, but there aren’t all that many ravioli pieces in it, so for me at least 1/3 of it would be too small for a serving.

This is seriously amazing! Creamy and DELICIOUS. It tastes so good that I don’t want to mask the taste at all with a sauce. Just some vegan butter, salt, and nutritional yeast to enhance the flavor. I savor every piece. TJ’s knocked it out of the park with this one!

This taste so good that I don’t need a sauce. It’s not even salty. It’s the best TJ ravioli I’ve had. The texture of the filling is similar to ricotta. The only complaint is that it falls apart easily. Just make sure the water is not boiling vigorously.
