“Each bag contains a roughly equal ratio of fresh, Organic leaves of tender Baby Red Butter Lettuce and Baby Arugula, which are pre-washed and ready-to-use, right away. Amazing! Now, making a salad at home has never been faster, easier, or had more delicious results. Simply toss this Baby Butter Lettuce and Arugula with your favorite toppings and dressing (and maybe a protein, if you’d like to make it more of an entrée salad), and you’re ready to go! We find that the mildly earthy sweetness of the Butter Lettuce makes an excellent complement to the pepperiness of the Arugula, and that together, their combination makes an excellent complement to a tangy vinaigrette or creamy ranch, in turn.”
