Honestly pretty good and moist for a gluten free cake, but not quite as moist as their other versions that contain gluten. The flavor of the cake itself is good but not special, and the frosting can be a little much. I feel like if the frosting wasn’t as thick this would be better.

Had a sample. Like the other mini sheet cakes, the frosting is too thick and too sweet. The cake part is okay. Not as moist as the lemon sheet cake.

Love these little cakes! Not quite as good as homemade, but I don’t always have the time or energy to bake my own. The frosting is perfect – anyone who doesn’t want to eat all of the frosting can scrape it off! Just wish they made more GF flavors….
