I don’t like bleu cheese in general, so I most likely won’t give more than 3*. This cheese is crumbly and salty. With water crackers it’s 3* b/c the crackers mellows the mold and saltiness. By itself, it’s 2.5* b/c it’s pretty salty and I don’t like the taste of mold.
