These are okay — I made a salad with them and it wasn’t bad per se, but I didn’t like it as much as using the TJ’s spinach or kale by itself. The textures didn’t go together super well in my opinion.

Love this for morning smoothies with berries, banana (or another fruit) and almond milk.

Excellent in a stir-fry! The mix gives some different flavors and textures. Combine with some steamed broccoli, chopped tomato, a drizzle of sesame oil and sprinkle of sesame seeds – excellent!

There’s always a bag in the crisper easy mix of greens with sardines & a TJ little balsamic vinegar for lunch!

Excellent sautéed. Delicious with shrimp or anything else. I add a different protein or vegetable for a low calorie meal

Blanched them, added some chopped spring onions, a tbsp of parmesan cheese, and two eggs. Used TJ’s onion salt as well. Cooked in the oven for ten minutes. Filling, full of nutrients, and delicious. I don’t like raw chard, but blanched and with lots of oniony deliciousness, this was a solid good dish.
