Good quality pasta. I like the bouncy texture, though not as bouncy as the bucati. Retains the sauce well.

Happy to find organic pasta for a bargain but cooking pasta as I usually do for all our pastas, this pasta wouldn’t cook evenly. The outside was al dente but the core needed a little more time. When the core finally cooked through the outside became soggy. Sorry Joe’s. 🙁
