More like 3.5. Taste better than the 1st time I had gnocchi at an Italian American restaurant which was very starchy and tasted like pasta balls. This one wasn’t as starchy, more soft, but acid was added, so it tasted a bit acidic. I don’t know if this is the standard, since I don’t eat gnocchi on a regular basis.
