This is actually really good! I questioned the quinoa inclusion, since it seemed like it wouldn’t be that tasty in a spread. However, it actually really works. I even tried using this as a dip for chips, and it was a nice change of pace from the usual chip dips. I’m looking forward to trying this on some chicken or other entree as well.

Delicious! I used it with chicken and rice (just stirred it around in a pot together) and it was uniquely tasty. I’ll be back to TJ’s for more. Only aspect I wasn’t a fan of: it says to use within 5 days of opening. That’s kind of quick for a full jar of something, but then again I could see using a lot at once depending what kind of dish you make or use it with.

Whatever you do, heed the warning on the jar about eating it within 5 days of opening. I let it go a little longer than that and felt very, very sick as a result. It tasted good before that (and even on that occasion), but I don’t think I would buy it again after that experience.

I’ve used this on pasta and on sandwiches, but my favorite use is in baked eggs. Add this to the bottom of a ramekin, top with eggs and parmesan cheese, and bake at 400 until your egg whites have set. SO DELISH.
Agree with other posters about the 5 day rule, but it’s not hard to use it up by then 🙂

I LOVED it and ate it EVERY SINGLE morning with my egg whites – and then they DISCONTINUED it. 🙁
