“As per the instructions, if you warm the bottle up by soaking it in hot water for 5 minutes, you can indeed get a beautiful mist-like spray…
However, it’s such a hassle to have to warm it up every time you use it. There’s no point in using a handy spray, so I just spray it on without warming it up.
It’s light yellow in color and has the same flavor as bottled ghee. I use it liberally in all kinds of dishes.
Ghee is almost solid at room temperature, so it’s difficult to spray without mixing it with other oils. I think that’s why it’s mixed with sunflower oil, which is liquid at room temperature and has a smooth texture with almost no taste or odor.
It’s organic and I think it’s an interesting product, but it’s a bit pricey, so I’ll only buy it if I feel like it. I like the flavor itself.”
