I really enjoy the flavors of this special but easy dessert! Not too sweet, thankfully, but just sweet enough along with the creamy coconut custard… yum! For DF & GF eaters this is a true joy!

Tasted like I expected. Not too sweet or salty. Creamy center. Strong coconut taste. Because I wanted the edges to be crispy, I heated both sides in a pan until hot since I don’t have an air fryer.
