    The cooking time is inconsistent: 10 minutes of simmering is fine for the couscous, but not nearly enough for the split chickpeas. And the mix could use more quinoa (which is kind of skimpy). The dish will benefit from a pinch of salt.

    I am not happy with it the split chick peas are undercooked when you simmer for 10 minutes and when I cook more,it becomes mushy.these don’t belong in this mix. Try lentils instead.

    Agree with the above reviews. Individually these are good grains but cooking them together results in uneven cooking.
    The Israeli couscous, orzo, and red quinoa cook around the same time leaving the baby garbanzo beans undercooked and hard gritty at the center.
    By the time the garbanzo beans are thoroughly cooked, the other grains have turned mushy.

    Remove garbanzo beans, cook the rest of the grains, and you’ll have a good grain base for dinner. Cook or sell the garbanzo beans separately or add them to another bean mix.
