Mine is actually kalamata but it wasn’t found when I searched. The one I have is perfect to add excitement to a sandwich, or to serve with goat cheese alongside some TJ sundried tomatoes and pita crackers. I think this green olive version would be great too on sandwiches – instant muffaletta.

I also use the kalamata. Rice cracker with goat cheese and a dollop tapenade-yum! Have turned so many friends on to this easy appetizer to have at the ready.
