Very good gf mac & cheese – tho not totally consistent from one item to another. When it’s the best, it has some well-done (almost crispy) parts…like it was served from a baked casserole. Yum! I like to pair it with Trader Joes frozen Organic Foursome Vegetable Medley.

The cheese sauce is pretty tasty but the noodles are extra firm with a strange texture.
But for a quick gluten free meal it’s not a bad choice
