    Taste better than a traditional baguette in the sense that it is softer and has a velvety-like texture. For some reason the sample that I had has a more softer and velvety-like texture. For those hardcore baguette fans, this may not be for them. I’m not a fan of baguette b/c it get hard and dry quickly and has a chewy texture, so the gluten free version is a breath of fresh air for me.
