Better than the triple cream brie at TJ. They don’t always stock it unfortunately.

Let it come to room temperature before enjoying OMG on hot sourdough.. or a toasted bagel.. out of this world .. at night .. with a Caymus cab and something crisp and chewy.. very pleased with this cheese
