Melts in your hand and in your mouth –
From Trader Joe’s Gohan 2017:
“The taste was just as expected, a straightforward combination of matcha and white chocolate. The matcha flavor was strong and there was a slight bitterness, but since it was white chocolate, it was quite sweet.
The chocolate itself is very smooth and creamy, and when you break it open, you’ll find a soft, translucent matcha cream/jelly in the middle. It’s soft enough that when you cut it open with a knife, the filling spills out. It’s a thin chocolate bar, about 5mm thick, but the filling is neatly sandwiched throughout.”
