These are surprisingly tasty — I’ve never really had parsnip anything before so wasn’t sure what to expect, but I do generally like veggie chips so figured I’d give them a try. They were quite good — great crunch and taste. I wouldn’t be able to eat too many at once as the flavor gets a little repetitive, but that’s probably a good thing for portion control! Great to have a handful here and there.
