This dressing is phenomenal! I toss romaine, diced peppers(various colors), and chicken together and then top it will avocado and 2 tbsp. of this delightful dressing. It’s one of my most favorite salads!

So delicious! Try is mixed with black beans, tomatoe-less salsa, an avocado, and their chopped veggie salad!

It was okay. It was not reduced fat. It was a bit vinegary for me. I can taste the cheese. it’s a little bit thick. I liked the poblano cilantro dressing that came with the Mexican quinoa corn salad better. Less acidic and packed with flavor.
