Excellent on pizza, pasta sauce. Great burst of flavor!!!

So excited to try these and…mostly good. Some of the tomato slices are tarter than others.
Ate this with pasta and TJ’s canned smoked trout. Delicious but I’ll heat up the tomatoes next time instead of opening the jar fresh and adding it at room temp.
But actually the olive oil seems to be the star of the show. Mix it with pasta, drizzle it over bread, your choice of greens, make your own olive oil herb mixed with mozzarella balls.
