Bloated Berserker –
A surprisingly good quick and hearty meal.
From TJ’s themselves: Made for us in Italy, our Vegetable Ravioli begins with tender, toothsome, wheat-based pasta made with egg and spinach, the latter of which enhances the Ravioli’s veggie flavor profile and imbues it with a vibrant green hue. Our supplier—the expert pasta-producers behind many of our other revered Ravioli—generously stuffs these with a flavorful filling of zucchini, mozzarella cheese, breadcrumbs, caramelized onions, roasted onions, and red & yellow peppers. The Ravioli cooks to al dente in 3-4 minutes, making it an absurdly easy option for weeknight dinners-in-a-pinch. Serve it tossed in a bit of olive oil and sprinkled with Parmesan cheese, or pair it with your favorite TJ’s pasta sauce.

Had a sample with garlic marinara sauce. More like 3.5. Taste similar to other cheese and veggie ravioli I’ve had. Good, but not amazing.
