If you are wondering why your sales of this product are down, perhaps it is because it it way too hot. It is easy for anyone to add extra cayenne pepper is they want it hotter, but for the many of us who do not like it extremely hot, our only choice is to stop purchasing it. As a person who has shopped at Trader Joe’s for probably 25 years… Way back to my California shopping days, I’ve noticed a lot of your products have become extremely hot and undesirable. I hope that you realize that for every person like me who speaks up, hundreds or more just stop purchasing the product. Hopefully this will inspire you to make a change because I have loved Trader Joe’s for a long time and particularly appreciate the way you handle the checkout lines, plus having products that I can’t find other places like goat yogurt, and goat Kiefer among many others. Oh, and your chicken salads are the best. The dressing on the salad actually is quite nice if it wasn’t so hot.
