Its ridiculously bland and watery. Do yourself a favor and just get some miso from the asian grocery because this stuff is pretty horrible

We love miso, but this is dishwater miso. Very bland, you need a lot to make a cup of soup, and the flavor is weird. I won’t buy it again, or even finish the package I bought. Too bad. I loved the packaging.
