    Nutrition Facts are deceiving. The package (total 1,320 mg of sodium) cooks down to 2 cups, so one-half cup has 330 mg of sodium. The package says 1 serving size is 1 cup FROZEN and package contains 4 cups frozen. You must take into account that it cooks down to 2 cups. You are also adding 2 TBSP of either olive oil or butter (fat). Only needs one TBSP max. Very spicy (hot) and delicious. Be aware of sodium.

    This is the best cauliflower rice that I have ever tasted! The closest TJ’s to me is over 2 hours, so I always try to stock up when I’m in Houston. Please don’t ever stop making it. If you are trying to eat low carb, it’s the absolute best. Just toss in some lean ground beef, diced chicken or even shrimp and you have a complete and nutritious meal.
