Ya’ll removed the gizzards, liver and neck. I count on those parts for gravy. What do I have to do? Shop somewhere else?

Bought these for a king Tim and just recently have found markings on the skin of the chicken. Wierd! Not sure if sick or the plant made the markings.

Chicken is good but I wonder why they remove the internal parts!!!!! I like it and cook it with the chicken!
