“I tossed this in my basket unenthusiastically. Ho-hum, another Christmastime mint/chocolate combination. It’s rare to find a mint/chocolate thing that’s actually bad, but it’s also sort of rare to find one that stands out as really good.
This turns out to be in that latter group. Good dark chocolate, but not too bitter. Nice amount of peppermint to complement it.
Quibble: It’s too thick to bite through easily, and too thick to break off pieces with one’s hands. Eating it is therefore something of a logistic challenge.”
