A box of chemicals, no, grazie. –
I see pistachio, I will wanna try.
Open the box and you will see 4 floral-shaped scoops of pistachio and vanilla arranged in a checkerboard pattern.
The pistachio tastes artificially like pistachio and the vanilla tastes bland and coconut-oily. The texture is more like frozen cool whip than gelato.
Looking at the list of ingredients and the subtitle “gelato-style frozen dessert” will warn you it’s not exactly ice cream. Or gelato for that matter. Rather suspicious wording. The ingredients are basically all fillers and stabilizers.
I wanted to like it but I cannot recommend this, though I know other people will say it’s yummy.
Just buy your favorite gelato or ice cream instead.
