“So, this Pumpkin Marble Mouse Bar is a spiced pumpkin cheesecake over a fudgy brownie bar. You’ll find it in the freezer section. It’s one of TJ’s pricier treats, coming in at $5.99.
[Note: these DO have to be defrosted 4 hours in the fridge, so plan accordingly.]
First thing first, these bars are just gorgeous. The swirl top with its two-tone orange and chocolate swirl is so appealing. The taste…good, not stellar. The brownie later is dense (which I love), but I wasn’t crazy about the chocolate (almost carob-like) flavor. I’d rather spend a little time making these.”
