Tried to make this in the microwave: big mistake. It was mushy in all the wrong ways, and tasted pretty flavorless. I can’t vouch for making it on the stove, but will try again and report back.

Always in my freezer. I fry an egg in my wok, remove it, and chop it up. cook some frozen shrimp in the wok in grapeseed oil add sliced garlic, and ginger root. Then I add Trader Joe’s Fried Rice and maybe some chopped ham and/or leftover vegetables. Add the cooked egg and one has a great quick meal.

I was very unimpressed. I found it to be too mushy, mealy, and bland. Not as good as take out and basically just as high in calories. There are much better frozen Trader Joe’s items that taste just as good, if not better than, take out.
