The flavor in these is great – perfect amount of ginger, without being too intense (or bland). The texture, on the other hand, I wasn’t as much of a fan of. Maybe it was the amount of liquid I used, but it ended up being gooier than I like oatmeal to be. I usually make oatmeal with real oats (Quaker can style) not the instant kind, so that could be part of it as well.
