“Onion tart” didn’t exactly sound delicious to me (onion can be so hit or miss since it’s so strong), but this really was delicious! I now buy it all the time (I eat it at least once a week).

This is the closest thing I have ever gotten to actually being able to purchase a ready-made version of a staple “onion pie” of my childhood. Is it lacking on the cheese and bacon to be like my childhood pie? Yes. Is it entirely enjoyable despite that? Very much. I miss this item, even though it usually only peaked at a 6-7 out of 10 for me. Is it gone forever? Probably.
