I didn’t find it to be too sweet. I thought it would be too wet or mushy when i inverted it and the center stuck to the bowl, but it was light and moist with a phenomenal flavor. Nice balance of spices.

the cake is amazing.. but guess what.. like the 5 layer dip I liked.. Trader Joe’s isn’t going to sell it anymore.. they seem to find the things we love and take them away.. I’m not sure I should keep going for that reason..
