Drool… every year I get excited when this mix is back in stock. Makes fluffy, delicious pumpkin pancakes – I’ve never used it for waffles, but I would imagine it’s equally good in that arena.

I on the other hand have only used it for waffles, never for pancakes. Important to follow the directions exactly (i.e., use melted butter, and don’t try to substitute anything), or risk waffle failure. I like to make up a couple of batches and keep them in the freezer, to pop in the toaster any time. Very tasty. Bonus warm, welcoming, aroma in kitchen. 🙂
