This is the best frozen puff pastry anywhere! Light, flaky, tasty—and NO PRESERVATIVES! Good on Trader Joe for carrying it! My nearest TJ is an hour away (50 miles), so I stock up with puff pastry and TJ’s pie crusts. Use ‘em all the time!

If I could I would give it 10 stars! The best frozen puff pastry in the USA! Clean, simple ingredients, no chemicals- just as it should be. It bakes and puffs just perfect, not too much (as many US made puff dough would). But, if you love it, stock up. It is only available for 2-3 months (winter season) in the store.

I serve ‘teas’ during the spring and summer as a fundraiser for my charity walks in the autumn. During ‘the holidays’ I am too busy with other things like everyone else and TJ is still quite far from me in North Texas
