I like these frozen sweet cherries right out of the bag. They’re so delicious. You can put them in plain chobani yogurt, oatmeal, smoothies, muffins, pies. and ice cream. Very affordable and like that they don’t have any sugar in them. Highly recommend them, 100 calories for 1 cup. Great product at Trader Joe’s.
