Just finished eating dinner. Pancakes made with trader joes buttermilk pancake mix, with the addition of trader joes pink grapefruit marmalade. Oh my goodness, delicious! I added sliced apples to the pancake mix, after you pour on griddle, cast iron for me, with maple syrup on the side. Yum, yum.

Fantastic! Saw in store and thought it would be yummy. Would be great with brie cheese.
I made a sauce for salmon, using 1/3 of the marmalade, 2 glugs of maple syrup, 1/2 tsp garlic sautéed in 1 tsp evoo, 1 star anise and a pinch of allspice. Salmon in oven at 450 with hawaiian spice mix on top. Spooned on sauce, served with couscous and sautéed sugar snap peas…

ALL YEAR – ALL YEAR – ALL YEAR…now that I’ve got that off my chest. I too was sad to find an empty spot on the pb&j shelf where this proud dame had once sat. At minimum, you might warn those of us with finicky taste buds and a tendency to fixate on specific foodstuffs once discovered – that this was a limited time item. Yes, we’d have cleared the shelves as is the American way; but if supply & demand works correctly, those shelves would be refilled.(ex: we can buy pink grapefruit year round).

SOOOOO bummed. I would have bought 10 jars if I knew it was seasonal. Got my mom hooked…and now she is bummed out too… sad sad sad. Can they put in big letters…SEASONAL.

Love this marmalade. I was told TJ discontinued it by one of the workers who went back and checked for me. Please bring it back. It is now my favorite. No more black raspberry jam or strawberry jam for me.

Simply wonderful! Very light and just right. I agree with all the others who suddenly found it missing. We might have had a fistfight over the last few jars had we known. Please bring it back full time!

Was hoping to see if anyone has discovered who manufactured that Pink Grapefruit Marmalade for Trader Joe’s.. Wish TJ’s would bring this delicious goodness back to their shelves. It was my daily go to with crumpets and toast. MADE my daily boiled egg breakfast something special. So sad it is gone.

My absoluter favorite jam.
I have never been an eat jam out of the jar with a spoon, person, but I confess I have been converted. My family came over from Europe and ate my entire supply last fall and I have not been able to find it since. Does anyone have any anywhere?
