This salsa is excellent! I was a little apprehensive, as fruity salsas can be hit or miss, but file this one under “hit.” It’s a great combination of sweet and tangy – not very hot/spicy, but it still has a nice kick to it.

One of my quick meal hacks is too spread a whole wheat pita with this salsa and some grated daiya vegan cheese and bake in the air fryer for quick hawaiian pizza. Yum.
