So good! Trader Joe’s ice cream can be somewhat hit-or-miss, and this is a hit for sure. Really does taste like a candy cane cookies & cream — best summed up by Britney: “Gimme gimme more, gimme more, gimme gimme more.”

This is a combination of two of my favorite ice cream flavors, peppermint and cookies and cream. It has the just the right mixture of both.

Make this in the regular sized container next year, please! Or even better yet, just make it ALL YEAR! It was SO good! It was cookies and cream ice cream swirled with peppermint ice cream with fudge in it! It sold out SO quickly, too!
