It’s not BAD per se, but I have to agree with bb … bring back last year’s gazpacho! It was pretty close to my own recipe (which I learned from my Spanish friends), and saved me the work. I was looking forward to its seasonal return and disappointed with the new recipe. For refreshing summery goodness and mental sketches of Spain, I much prefer the original to this year’s roasted tomatillo version.

I would have given this 5 stars if it wasn’t for the sodium content! It paired deliciously well for a quick lunch with TJs multigrain reduced-guilt pita chips… and about a gallon of water afterwards!
