The “Bread ” is good, kind of a crunchy, sourdough-like, bread. The topping is disappointing, (a paper-thin layer of tomato together with a paper-thin layer of the three cheeses.) If this is intentional, it is as intended, Intriguing-enough bread with an essence of pizza, pointing the way to where the consumer may wish to go.
