Bought some today…. Delish!!! My stomach is out of sorts and I was looking for chicken broth when I saw it and figured the ginger might help. So so good!

We are by no means vegan but if you combine this broth with chicken broth it gives it a great flavor. Add some chicken, bok choy, sprouts, etc and you have a great soup for dinner.
Not that bad
With red beans and tofu.
