This was surprisingly delicious! I wasn’t expecting much, since boxed/canned soups are often hit-or-miss (especially black bean soups), but this was some of the best black bean soup I’ve ever had. Nice smooth texture (not lumpy like some black bean soups), and a great, easy lunch or dinner. Excellent flavor, with the perfect amount of spiciness.

Fairly Tasteless, I added more cilantro, fresh garlic, hot peppers, topped with sour cream, cheddar cheese and Tostitos and it was better. The good thing about the soup is that it is not salty. I might add spicy black bean dip to flavor for the remainder of the box.
