I’ve never had truffle cheese, nor known there was such a thing, so I tried it out of curiosity. It is … odd.
It wasn’t terrible. Perhaps it’s a cheese that’s not meant to be eaten on crackers, but cooked on something? I don’t know. I didn’t like it. My mom didn’t like it. My girlfriend didn’t like it. We tossed it.

I loved it!
I was not expecting much for the price but I was curious. It’s a young soft cheese.it would let you perceive the truffles’ aroma. It’s nice on bread

Clearly a matter of personal preference, as this is one of my favorites! Especially nice when you want to offer a range of subtle and bold cheeses.

This makes the best truffle cheese, caramelized bison burger ever. But they told me it’s only offered seasonally…WTF!

One of my favorite cheeses. I love truffles so this is a treat. Wonderful pungent, fresh truffle flavors in every bite in a medium firm cheese. Pairs well with any TJ crackers like multi grain.

Rec’d a small chunk for Valentines Day from my grands–parents picked it out- because they know I enjoy trying different cheeses! Sweet of them! I’m an “extra sharp cheddar cheese” die-hard! However, this I-T-C has it’s place, I’m sure. I didn’t NOT like it, but after reading reviews, I didn’t realize it should be devoured at “room temp!” After a few small slices w/this morning’s breakfast, along with my toasted & with butter “Mikie’s Cinnamon-Raisin Muffin,” I wasn’t impressed–kind of bland–almost like a soft mozzarella ball. So will try again tomorrow morning after a few slices having a good warming “rest” overnite on the counter!
QUESTION: Has anyone ever tried topping an omelette with it yet??? …just wondering! 9)
