Not bad if you’re into this type of vinegar dressing. Very bitter and typical of a really strong balsamic vinegar. I prefer ones that don’t taste so acidic, but if you like that type, you would enjoy this one. I wouldn’t recommend it with an herb salad mix, because then the sourness of the whole thing would likely be too overwhelming.
