The flavor was really good (I like that it’s not TOO in-your-face when it comes to the pumpkin taste), but these didn’t cook as well as, say, Bisquick gluten-free pancake mix. For some reason every time I’ve made them, the outside has cooked fully while the inside stays mushy, even though I use the exact same method as when making other gluten-free pancakes.
