These aren’t bad (especially for being gluten-free), but I didn’t like them nearly as much as the ginger or chocolate chip cookie versions. Both of those flavors were pretty much the best gluten-free cookies I’ve ever had (and could even go head-to-head with non-gluten-free cookies), but these are just decent in comparison.
