This is a nice coffee with deep robust flavor that is smooth and not bitter. You cannot go wrong when grinding it in small batches & keeping the beans and the ground refrigerated at all times. You will not go back to ground, dry, flavorless coffee after this.

I love this coffee! I’m pretty picky when it comes to coffee, and I haven’t liked every TJ’s type that I’ve tried. However, this is one of my favorites that I’ve purchased anywhere. It’s flavorful and full without being too bitter, and it’s nice that it’s fair trade/organic as well.
