If you like breading/dough, you will love this product. Just cooked our first/last box of shrimp pieces. Never found a whole shrimp in the box. After pealing away the dough, the pieces of shrimp were so small the product can barely be called shrimp. I like a lot of Trader Joe’s products. This one is not up to T.J’s standard of quality.
I don’t usually review products unless I find them a rip-off and this one fits the description.

Tried baking these according to directions on two different nights, 1/2 box at a time. Both times: mushy shrimp, salty, no taste of coconut whatsoever. Just blech. Will not buy again and felt I should let others know.
