I really like these. They are a good deal because each one is enough for a separate serving, especially with chips or another side. They are slightly spicy (my nose runs when I eat them; I am sensitive), but nothing extreme. The sodium level is surprisingly lower than expected. I prefer to make them in the microwave because the stovetop method takes foreeeeever. My only complaint is that the microwave instructions are wrong. Do NOT wrap these in a damp paper towel; the tortilla will turn mushy.
