This lentil soup is surprisingly good! It’s a huge serving, so you could easily split it with multiple people or save leftovers. I heated it in the microwave for around five minutes, and sprinkled some tortilla chips on top — it made for a great, tasty lunch.

Why on earth was this discontinued? Im really disapointed, this was one of my favorite items at Trader Joes.

Loved this soup as well as the Minestrone soup. They were my favorite soups….so delicious! I truly wish Trader Joe’s will bring these soups back. I’m not too pleased with their replacements.
